The 3 young men who did the installation were also very professional, listened and answered our questions. They were so pleasant and polite. It was truly a nice experience having them here. I was pleased with the professionalism of all the workers. The crew worked well together and I was quite happy with their attention to detail on the preparation as I understand good prep is key to a long lasting product/install. We experienced extreme cold and snow and there was great communication as to what to expect and flexibility as to what I was comfortable with. I do believe I was listened to by everyone I engaged with and I am Thrilled with the end result.
