Great customer service! I was able to get an estimate and set up a date for install quickly. All the staff are friendly. Lots of colors to choose from. The floor looks beautiful. Really brightens up my porch. They removed years of old carpet and paint and repaired cracks and leaks before coating it.

This project was done professionally from start to finish. Dustin made great suggestions and followed through on everything he said. The 3 young men who did the installation were also very professional, listened and answered our questions. They were so pleasant and polite. It was truly a nice experience having them here. Clean up was awesome. And they left us with a beautiful porch and steps.

I was pleased with the professionalism of all the workers. The crew worked well together and I was quite happy with their attention to detail on the preparation as I understand good prep is key to a long lasting product/install. We experienced extreme cold and snow and there was great communication as to what to expect and flexibility as to what I was comfortable with. I do believe I was listened to by everyone I engaged with and I am Thrilled with the end result. I would highly recommend Bigfoots to anyone considering getting a great epoxy finish on their concrete surfaces. I should have done this years ago.
